1138 Wilshire Boulevard, Central City West
West Edge Architects is designing a 60,000 SF mixed use complex on the 1100 block of Wilshire Boulevard. The building will feature Class A offices, a ground floor fine dining restaurant, corner café and parking. The project is a commercial addition to a succession of residential real estate developments within the booming Central City West district in downtown Los Angeles. Completion is slated for 2009.
